Soundcore Motion Boom Plus: Elevate Classroom Audio, Engage Your Students! #ad

I was very lucky to be asked to share the Motion Boom Plus from Soundcore. After testing it out, I could not be happier!

One of the things that can be frustrating about doing any activities outside is the lack of a solid sound system to play music. My phone is not loud enough and bigger systems usually require an outlet and are very expensive. In Michigan, it could rain or snow at any given moment and you can’t afford to have an expensive system getting soaked. If you do find a wireless sound system, you have to rush to charge it between classes or during lunch because the batteries never last long enough. They can be heavy and tough to carry around and the volume is never loud enough. Bluetooth connections can be unstable causing you to rush back and forth to reconnect. All of these issues make bringing audio to your class a huge headache. I am happy to announce that the Motion Boom Plus from Soundcore solves these issues. Let’s break it down.

Amazing Volume

According to the website, “80W booming sound is delivered by two 30W woofers and 10W tweeters, while real-time intensified bass can be heard with Soundcore's proprietary BassUp technology. To improve treble performance of Motion Boom Plus outdoor speaker, titanium drivers ensure an all-around epic sound.” Without a doubt, the sound is amazing. I was able to crank it up really high while it was outside and could hear it all around. In the classroom, the sound is perfect. I could turn it down low while students were working or crank it up when the students were ready for a dance party. I can adjust the audio on my phone or on the Motion Boom Plus. The bass sounds amazing and the music came out crystal clear. This was so much better than any other bluetooth speaker I have used in the past.

Weather Strong

Their website says, “With an IP67 certification, you’ll never have to worry about water splashes, rain, accidental spills, or dust while you’re out and about with your Motion Boom Plus outdoor speaker.” I brought this out in the light snow and never had a problem with the speaker. Everything sounded great and I was not remotely stressed about what could happen to the speaker because it was outside. Here is the speaker enjoying a Michigan Winter day.

Battery Life

The Motion Boom Plus boasts a 20 hour charge for their battery and they are spot on with that. I fully charged it when it arrived and left it on all day for 3 school days. It played soft music in the background and the sound quality did not suffer at the tail end of the battery charge. I’ve used some speakers where the sound gets terrible as the battery drains. That was not the case here. I also love that there is a USB port so you can plug your phone in and charge if needed. Little things like that make using the Motion Boom Plus easier.

Light Lift

The handle and the strap make it easy to carry the Motion Boom Plus around the room and outside. I was very surprised at how light the overall speaker was when I first picked it up. I like the light weight because I can ask a student to easily grab it and take it outside. One less thing for the teacher to carry in and out of the building is always a nice thing.

Overall

After checking out the Motion Boom Plus over the course of a week, I have to say that I am very happy with it and would recommend this for teachers looking to invest in a better audio system inside and outside of the classroom. I know that when we take the 6th grade students to camp, this will be backed with the rest of the supplies. If you want to get your own Motion Boom Plus, you can use this code,  BlogNicholasP, to get $30 dollars off! Check out their website for more information on Motion Boom Plus.
